The Organizational Change Management (OCM) - Manager OCM leads the design, governance, and delivery of organisational change strategies that enable leaders, teams, and organisations to successfully adopt change across business processes, systems, technology, and operating models. As a senior member of the Unisys Organisational Change Management (OCM) team, this role partners with Program/Project leadership and executive stakeholders to drive measurable adoption and benefits realisation. The OCM Manager provides strategic direction and practical leadership across one or more initiatives—setting the change approach, leading delivery teams and/or vendors, coaching practitioners, and ensuring change activities are integrated with program governance, risk management, and delivery plans. This role is accountable for change outcomes, including stakeholder commitment, capability uplift, communications effectiveness, and sustained adoption. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Delivery - Own and lead the end-to-end change strategy and delivery plan aligned to program objectives, business outcomes, and stakeholder needs. - Direct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments; translate insights into priorities, sequencing, and executive recommendations. - Define and govern integrated change strategies (communications, engagement, training, resistance management, sponsor roadmap) and ensure alignment to overall program plans. - Anticipate adoption risks and organisational constraints; escalate and resolve key issues with sponsors, leaders, and governance forums. - Establish adoption and change performance measures; provide actionable reporting and insights to steer decisions and benefits realisation. - Lead sustainment planning and operational handover, ensuring ownership, reinforcement, and embedded business-as-usual practices. - Shape the change narrative and executive messaging—translating complex transformation into clear, outcome-focused communications for diverse audiences. Communication & Engagement - Set the communications and engagement strategy and oversee development of executive-ready communications (briefings, change narrative, FAQs, campaigns). - Sponsor and assure production of digital and multimedia collateral (videos, intranet, visuals) to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption. - Ensure communications are consistent, timely, and aligned to program governance, stakeholder expectations, and brand standards. Training & Learning Support - Define the learning and capability strategy based on role-based impacts; align learning scope, sequencing, and resourcing to the overall release plan. - Oversee design, quality, and fit-for-purpose review of training materials, learning journeys, and reinforcement mechanisms. - Coach leaders, SMEs, and facilitators to deliver effective learning; facilitate key sessions as required for high-impact audiences. - Set training success measures and ensure evaluation is completed, insights are actioned, and capability outcomes support adoption targets. Collaboration & Project Support - Lead OCM workstreams autonomously while partnering with Program Leads, Project Managers, and delivery partners to integrate change into delivery governance. - Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership working sessions, and decision forums to secure alignment, sponsorship, and commitment. - Contribute to OCM practice maturity by shaping standards, templates, and continuous improvement; mentor and uplift capability of OCM practitioners. - Own OCM governance inputs (status, RAID, dependencies, resource demand) and provide concise, decision-oriented updates to executives. Required Skills & Capabilities - Executive-level written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Dutch, other European languages) are an advantage. - Proven ability to lead end-to-end change management across complex programs, including strategy, delivery governance, and measurable adoption outcomes. - Strong senior stakeholder management and facilitation capability, including advising and influencing executives and people leaders. - Ability to synthesise complex information and data into clear insights, options, and recommendations for leadership decision-making. - Strong working knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, CMBoK) and ability to tailor approaches pragmatically. - Ability to direct and quality-assure creative outputs (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) for change collateral; hands-on capability is an advantage. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and comfort operating in digital delivery environments. - High level of organisation and prioritisation, with experience managing OCM plans, dependencies, and resourcing across multiple workstreams. - Proactive, resilient, and adaptable leader—comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with ambiguity. Preferred / Desirable Skills - Experience supporting large‑scale digital transformation, system implementations, or operating model changes. - Background in Business Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design. - Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow, SharePoint analytics). - Experience leveraging AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance communications, analysis, or engagement. - Exposure to regulated, government, health, or enterprise environments. - Experience contributing to OCM practice maturity, tooling, or capability uplift initiatives. #LI-RB1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Organisational Change Management, transformation, or related roles, including leading change workstreams and advising senior stakeholders. Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred (or demonstrated experience applying an established change methodology at program scale).
