Job Description
Channel Manager
Nomagic
• Operationalize and scale our partner ecosystem from the ground up. • Be the first hire in the channel team, reporting directly to the Global Partnerships Director. • Turn blueprints into a running machine, connecting partner sales teams to opportunities. • Generate pipeline and ensure every partner deal moves forward. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner activation and sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Channel sales experience: 5–10 years in channel sales, channel management, or partner operations, ideally working with System Integrators in industrial automation or warehouse automation. You understand how SIs sell, how they build project pipelines, and what it takes to activate a partner’s sales team.
- Seller mindset: You are a seller, not an administrator. You understand how channel sales work end to end: how to help a partner identify opportunities, how to co-qualify a deal, how to read a pipeline and spot what is stalling, and when to push versus when to escalate. You coordinate all this with our Sales Team, who lead the specific projects, while you support the overall pipeline generation and progression.
- Builder mentality: You are comfortable being the first hire in a function. You do not wait for processes to exist. You build them, test them, and improve them. Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action are non-negotiable.
- Operational rigor: You think in systems, not tasks. CRM hygiene, certification tracking, MDF governance: you bring structure and discipline to everything you touch.
- Communication: Clear, direct, and professional. You can run a pipeline review with a partner sales team on Monday and prepare a QBR deck for an executive sponsor on Tuesday. Written and verbal communication in English must be excellent.
- Languages: Bilingual or native-level English is mandatory. German is strongly preferred. French or a Nordic language is an additional advantage.
- Tool proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, partner portals or PRM platforms, and LMS tools. You do not fear building dashboards or configuring workflows.
- Summit climber: Hands-on attitude, drive to get things done, and the ability to handle the pace and uncertainty of a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors.
Benefits
- Remote within Europe, with up to 50% travel to partners, events, and HQ in Warsaw
- Salary: EUR 90,000–110,000 base per year + variable compensation tied to partner pipeline and closed deals, plus equity
- Work with robots that operate at scale in real warehouses across Europe and the US
- Truly flexible working hours
- English-speaking environment (German strongly preferred), other languages like French are a plus
