Salary ranges: - PLN 14 000 - 23 500 monthly gross (Contract of employment). - PLN 16 800 - 28 200 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 20 paid days off. Tasks & Responsibilities: - DevOps: - Supporting development teams in the software delivery lifecycle. - Software quality assurance mechanisms (code reviews, testing standards, quality gates) - Test automation (unit, integration, and pipeline-level testing) - Creating and maintaining development and acceptance environments - Automating processes using scripts and pipelines - CloudOps: - Designing and maintaining production environments in the cloud - Understanding of system scalability and high availability principles - Automating deployments to cloud environments (CI/CD for cloud platforms) - Network configuration and management (VPC/VNet, routing, firewalls) - Identity and access management (IAM, roles, access policies)
Job Requirements
- Must-have:
- Deep technical expertise in DevOps and CloudOps
- Proven experience in AWS/Azure/GCP
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with code build and versioning processes (CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
- Previous experience in people leadership: coaching, feedback, conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Decision-making and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to balance business constraints with technical quality.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C1+)

Role Description We are currently seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer (remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada.
