• Design and develop step-by-step platform documentation covering configuration, admin console usage, and operational workflows. • Create role-based documentation for Admin, Operations, and Business users. • Produce short (2–5 minute), engaging training videos using screen recordings, callouts, and light animation. • Develop and structure role-based learning paths including quick-start guides and detailed reference materials. • Maintain and update content in line with product feature releases and enhancements. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of content. • Track documentation and content tasks using Azure DevOps aligned with sprint cycles and releases. • Manage and organize content within knowledge bases and learning platforms. • Ensure content follows localization requirements and accessibility standards.
Job Requirements
- Total experience 6 years
- Strong experience in creating Business Intelligence & Reporting content and documentation.
- Expertise in developing technical/product documentation for complex platforms and workflows.
- Hands-on experience in creating training videos using screen recording and video editing tools.
- Experience in developing e-learning content and role-based learning paths.
- Strong understanding of translating configuration-heavy workflows into simple, reusable content.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile / sprint-based environments with product and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, GitBook, MkDocs, Sphinx, MadCap Flare, DITA, or Notion.
- Experience with video tools such as Camtasia, Loom, OBS Studio, Snagit, Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
- Exposure to eLearning tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Vyond.
- Understanding of knowledge base / LMS / LXP platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
- Familiarity with localization tools like Smartling, Lokalise, Crowdin and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and distributed teams.
