The Legal Compliance Lead Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with business units, legal, compliance, and technology teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish preventative measures that minimize organizational risk and drive continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree required. - 3+ years of hands‑on compliance experience in a regulated environment is needed. - Strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare and/or health insurance, given the regulatory landscape. - Demonstrated experience managing compliance activities such as monitoring, audits, risk assessments, or incident response. - Working knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, and sanctions compliance; exposure to AML standards is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. - Comfortable operating independently in evolving or ambiguous environments, using sound judgment when procedures are incomplete or developing. - Demonstrated adaptability in response to regulatory, operational, or business change.
