The Legal Compliance Lead Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with business units, legal, compliance, and technology teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish preventative measures that minimize organizational risk and drive continuous improvement. The Legal Compliance Lead Analyst will support efforts to expand and elevate compliance program activities. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree required. - 3+ years of hands‑on compliance experience in a regulated environment is needed. - Strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare and/or health insurance, given the regulatory landscape. - Demonstrated experience managing compliance activities such as monitoring, audits, risk assessments, or incident response. - Working knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, privacy regulations, and sanctions compliance; exposure to AML standards is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. - Comfortable operating independently in evolving or ambiguous environments, using sound judgment when procedures are incomplete or developing. - Demonstrated adaptability in response to regulatory, operational, or business change.
