• Serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams • Analyze identity and access management requirements and translate them into effective solutions • Design, document, and implement IAM strategies that align with organizational objectives • Analyze and document current IAM processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify IAM business requirements • Develop comprehensive business cases and recommendations for IAM initiatives and system enhancements • Design IAM solutions that balance security, usability, and operational efficiency • Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation for IAM implementations • Collaborate with technical teams, security architects, and business units to ensure successful solution delivery • Perform testing and validation activities to confirm IAM solutions meet business requirements • Support the implementation and deployment of IAM tools and platforms • Monitor and analyze IAM system performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in identity and access management • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IAM, identity management, or related business analysis roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and deprovisioning
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and tools (such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar solutions)
- Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
