• Design and build interactive demo experiences in Storylane that showcase our products’ capabilities for educational and marketing purposes. • Develop pre-sales demo content aligned with various customer personas, industries, and product use cases. • Create and edit product walkthrough videos, blending screen captures, voiceovers, and storytelling to demonstrate key workflows. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to script demo flows and align content with sales strategies. • Maintain and update demo content regularly as features evolve. • Measure demo performance using Storylane analytics and recommend improvements. • Assist in creating internal training materials for sales enablement and onboarding. • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all interactive and video assets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in interactive content development, sales enablement, or product demo creation.
  • Proven experience using Storylane or similar platforms (Reprise, Walnut, Navattic, Arcade, Demoboost).
  • Background in pre-sales, product marketing, or SaaS solution consulting.
  • Strong skills in video creation and editing (e.g., Loom, Camtasia, Descript, or similar).
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills to create engaging, concise demo narratives.
  • Basic understanding of UX flow design and user journey mapping.
  • Ability to manage multiple demo projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Preferred: Experience working in a SaaS or health-tech environment.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles or learning experience design.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Principal Software Engineer to join the Lumistry team. In this role, you will help drive technical strategy across the entire engineering organization, as well as lead development on one of our core enterprise products that powers pharmacy care across the United States.
