Commercial Territory Manager
PPG
• Develop profitable new Light Industrial Coatings business for the Automotive Refinish group. • Work in partnership with assigned Territory Managers, Architectural stores, and dealers. • Manage and grow direct and distributor sales within a territory. • Prospect and convert new leads; develop distribution network. • Train and support distributors to improve performance. • Collaborate on sales strategies and lead joint customer visits. • Utilize CRM and deliver product training and presentations. • Develop SOPs and monitor competitors. • Manage expenses and maintain ethical, customer-focused sales. • Handle multiple sales opportunities and coach partners. • Communicate across all customer levels.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business marketing or a technical discipline or the equivalent in sales experience.
- Minimum of two years previous experience in commercial territory management.
- Functional and technical skills Required use of CRM system daily.
- Paint or coatings experience.
- Commit to ongoing learning and travel up to 50%.

This position is responsible for assisting Brokers/AEs through various loan applications and submitting complete and accurate items to the Underwriting and Closing Departments Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Manage Wholesale loans for Account Executives from submission through funding •Assist AEs/Brokers, offering timely responses to questions and excellent customer service •Review broker-submitted documentation before submitting to Underwriting and Closing Dept. •Perform Account Manager Welcome Call on files flagged by Loan Set Up •Follow up on all PTD and PTF conditions; updates should be noted in Byte Pro •Maintain an accurate Account Manager Production Forecast •Deliver Weekly Production Forecast to Management •Complete tasks assigned as outlined by Acra Policy/Timeline •Follow Acra P&P relative to file flow, aged pipeline, email/phone communication, tasks, etc. •Maintain minimum pipeline of 55-65 active loans •Must be able to communicate efficiently by making phone calls to customers •Meet or exceed the monthly minimum closed loan production requirements •Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position Overview: As a Group Copy Supervisor, you will lead the development of compelling, strategy-driven content focused on market access, payer, and reimbursement audiences across multiple therapeutic areas. Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. This position may be performed remotely within the United States. For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location.
