• Design and produce weekly EDMs using Photoshop and Klaviyo. • Create website graphics including homepage banners, product highlights, and promotional assets. • Develop digital banners for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions. • Optimise designs for performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Design in-store signage, window displays, and point-of-sale materials. • Create print collateral for stores, outdoor advertising, and shopping centre campaigns. • Prepare final artwork for print production and liaise with suppliers when required. • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop product-related designs (labels, packaging, cards, etc.). • Create seasonal lookbooks for retail and wholesale use. • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity. • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and retail teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Maintain consistency across all creative outputs.

• Design and produce high-quality printed materials including flyers, retail cards, hangtags, packaging, and marketing collateral. • Prepare press-ready artwork aligned with production and manufacturing requirements. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts from initial ideas through final approval. • Create photo-realistic 3D product renderings to visualize custom products prior to manufacturing. • Develop simple 3D models using Blender and render them using Blender or Adobe Dimension. • Perform UV mapping and apply custom textures and graphics using Photoshop. • Ensure accurate representation of materials, finishes, branding elements, and product details in all renderings. • Support the design and development of custom products such as jewelry (lapel pins, medallions, coins) and soft goods (tassels, stoles, honor cords). • Produce visuals for webstores and marketing use, especially when physical samples are not yet available. • Refine and revise designs based on client feedback to meet project goals and timelines. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Overview: Responsibilities: - Modifies or creates implementation documents, applying standard architectural techniques and procedures and according to written and verbal specifications with general supervision - Collaborates on design and technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project - Assists in preparing client presentations and presents project design intent - Performs product research; assists project designers with material selection and system research - May support research of code and zoning requirements - May attend on-site visits, field reviews and client and/or project meetings and documents these visits as appropriate - Assists in preparing schedules and reviewing implementation documents and samples as needed - Communicates with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to incorporate information into design, project requirements and documents as needed - Provides guidance and direction to entry-level staff as appropriate - Participates in team meetings to discuss project issues, design and technical issues and coordination with other disciplines Qualifications: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Architectural Staff/Intern, Design Professional, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following: - 2 years with Design programming language including Grasshopper, Ladybug, Kangaroo, and Lunch Box ; - 2 years with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe InDesign, AI tools including Stable diffusion, Lora, Controlnet, and Dreambooth; - 2 years with Site design, program layout, code analysis, and coordination and documentation with other outside design consultants; - 2 years with Master planning related research, data intake and data analysis, and Zoning code analysis; - 2 years with MS Office Suite; and - Completion of a university-level course, research project, thesis, internship or one year of work experience involving the following: 3D design software, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, and Lumion.
