• Work closely with product management to turn roadmap priorities into actionable engineering deliverables • Oversee the successful, on-time delivery of software projects • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for your engineering team(s) • Actively mentor and support the growth of individual contributors • Adopt and/or champion technical best practices • Lead resource allocation and capacity planning aligned with the product vision • Drive continuous improvement in software quality and operational efficiency • Represent your engineering function to key stakeholders • Balance rapid product innovation with long-term product stability • Build strength within your engineering teams by recruiting and retaining outstanding talent

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years experience as an individual contributor
  • 3+ years managing software team(s)
  • A strong technical background that allows participation in architectural discussions, design reviews, and project planning
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A successful history of working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, marketing, and sales
  • A strong sense of product and domain ownership
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines with composure
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
