About FIXD: At FIXD, we take the stress and worry out of car problems. FIXD breaks car problems down into simple and understandable terms, so drivers don't get taken advantage of when they go to a repair shop. The FIXD Sensor plugs into the diagnostic port of a driver’s car and communicates via Bluetooth to the FIXD app. Our mission is to make car ownership as simple, easy, and affordable as possible. Job Description: As founders, we often become the catch-all for things that need to be done within FIXD, but do not have a dedicated person responsible for them. We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to own these catch-all type tasks. This role spans administrative, operational, and project-based work. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help manage workflows, recurring tasks, process adherence, and keep key initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a fast learner, technologically proficient, intellectually curious, and proactive. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, figuring things out quickly, and taking ownership of outcomes. Role: - Make the CEO and COO more effective - Become the catch-all that tasks - Handle a mix of administrative and strategic tasks depending on business needs - Help implement and improve systems, processes, and workflows - Act as a force multiplier by proactively identifying and removing bottlenecks - Own follow-ups and ensure tasks and projects are completed on time - Coordinate across internal teams and external partners What Success Looks Like: - Time is freed up for high-leverage strategic work - Leadership team operates with increased speed and clarity - Key priorities are executed without things falling through the cracks - Communication and coordination across the company improves
