Qualifications - Vous détenez une maîtrise en counselling, en psychologie ou en service social; - Vous êtes membre en règle de l'OPQ, l'OTSTCFQ ou l'OPSQ; - Vous possédez un minimum de cinq ans d'expérience clinique post-maîtrise; - Vous avez la capacité d’établir des objectifs à court terme et vous utilisez une approche orientée vers les solutions; - Vous êtes aptes à gérer des situations de crise ou de risque élevé; - Vous avez une bonne connaissance des ressources communautaires. Role Description We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program! - Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes! - W2, Full-time - Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus! - Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT - Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision benefits along with liability insurance covered and annual stipend for growth & education opportunities - Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)! - We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan. Qualifications - Master's level degree and licensure - Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus Requirements - Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. • Provides crisis and suicide intervention counseling over the telephone to callers needing emergency/crisis assistance • Identifies and suggests appropriate organizations and service providers to meet callers' needs • Monitors status of callers' situations through case follow-up • Documents and maintains accurate , thorough records of all telephone interventions transacted during the work shift • Reviews daily log-sheets and client records to ensure accurate information recording and maintenance • Supervises and monitors the work of volunteers to ensure they are providing accurate , quality, crisis assistance • Provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention training and consultation to other crisis intervention counselors and volunteers • Attends and participates in staff and team meetings • Provides crisis intervention to community groups traumatized by suicide.
