Job Summary The Part-Time Retrospective CDI Specialist conducts detailed post-discharge reviews of inpatient medical records to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation. This role supports coding accuracy, appropriate reimbursement, and quality reporting by identifying documentation gaps and collaborating with internal teams to drive consistency and improvement.
