• Identity & Access Management: Own and optimize OIDC, SAML, and OAuth configurations within Okta to ensure secure, seamless employee access. • Fleet Management: Manage and maintain a global fleet of Apple devices using Jamf, ensuring all hardware is secure and up-to-date. • Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive IT tasks, deployments, and system integrations. • Project Leadership: Lead IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, including documentation and cross-functional task delegation. • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for ticket hygiene and technical documentation while supporting system design and architecture. • Infrastructure Support: Assist with cloud migrations (ESX to Cloud) and support Google Workspace and network routing (OSI model) troubleshooting.

Job Requirements
