This is a high‑impact role for a true builder — someone who thrives on designing, integrating, and automating, not just maintaining CRM systems. You’ll own HubSpot end‑to‑end across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, shaping the data model, building workflows and integrations, and creating reporting that gives our commercial teams clarity and confidence. About the Role Caribou is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Senior Business Systems Administrator, NetSuite) to join our Accounting team reporting directly to the Controller. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring our financial systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-velocity growth. In this role, you will… - Serve as the primary administrator for our financial systems, including Netsuite, UKG and Avalara.
