The Sales Talent Recruiter is responsible for full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles, with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive sales talent. This role works closely with the Recruitment team to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a high‑quality, professional candidate experience. This role plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by ensuring sales positions are filled efficiently, accurately, and with the right talent. This position is execution‑focused, highly collaborative, and accountable for managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
Job Requirements
- Sales Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with HR leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Partner with the Marketing team to support recruitment‑focused content for social media posts
- Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet hiring goals
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Support offer preparation and coordination in partnership with HR and Sales leadership
- Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Proactively source sales candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales talent
- Utilize recruiting platforms and tools to track candidate activity and hiring progress
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records and recruiting documentation
- Collaboration & Process Support
- Work closely with the HR team align on recruiting priorities and processes
- Partner with Sales leadership on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding timelines
- Support continuous improvement of sales recruiting processes and practices
- Ensure recruiting activities align with company standards and compliance requirements
- Provide recruiting support for additional roles as needed based on business priorities and hiring demand

- Required Skills
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive sales talent
- Ability to build relationships quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to meet monthly hiring goals and requirements
- Solid understanding of sales roles, sales hiring profiles, and revenue‑driven environments
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑through and organizational skills
- Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a sales recruiting role
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience using ATS or recruiting platforms preferred
- Professional, collaborative, and candidate‑focused approach
- Physical Demands
- Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
