Director, Integrated Marketing

• Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of academic programs, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction • Oversee both traditional and innovative marketing campaign approaches, continuously monitoring emerging trends, consumer preferences, and performance data insights to strategize on new channel testing for expanded audience reach • Create memorable, authentic, and compliant interactions with the university partner brand • Review dashboards and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and the enhancement of the institution’s market position • Synthesize key insights, recommendations, and plans in a clear, concise, and coherent way; create executive-level materials and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment • Strategize with Noodle General Manager and Enrollment Director on performance-driven tactics and partner-facing communications; work closely with the Marketing Manager, Audience Partnerships responsible for discovering high-value audiences beyond traditional marketing channels, cultivating marketing partnerships, and launching and measuring partnership campaigns; collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Creative, Demand Generation, Analytics, and Project Management for successful execution of work • Leverage AI effectively to generate operational efficiencies and drive scale

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7-10 years of previous marketing experience, with a significant portion in higher education, education technology, or B2B2C business models
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Previous experience managing direct reports preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in building strong cross-functional and senior-level relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment throughout an entire partnership
  • Experience reviewing marketing content created for clients
  • Familiarity with Wrike, or a similar project management system, is a plus
  • Ability to delegate and follow up with partners, colleagues, and vendors in a positive and effective manner
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing, matrix environment by effectively working across diverse groups and hierarchical levels
