About the Role We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across scheduling, coordination, communication, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities - Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders - Organize priorities, track follow-ups, and support day-to-day administrative workflows - Support internal and external communication on behalf of leadership - Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution - Prepare documentation, take meeting notes, and track action items - Help leadership stay organized, focused, and efficient in a fast-moving environment What Success Looks Like - Leadership calendars are optimized and running smoothly - Priorities, tasks, and follow-ups are consistently tracked and executed - Communication is clear, timely, and well-coordinated - Administrative workflows are efficient and well-organized - Leadership is able to focus on high-impact work without operational friction

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting leadership in startup or high-growth environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication skills with excellent follow-through

Position Overview: The Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for managing the loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Processor. The Loan Officer Assistant also manages the branch lead tracker, branch database, and maintains business rapport. Job Responsibilities: - Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager. - Take all incoming calls. - Assist Loan Processor with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents. - Schedule regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics and operations. - Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals. - Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele. - Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, files, analysis within allotted branch deadlines. - Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
