Job Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights
  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot required), Revenue Intelligence systems (Gong preferred), lead routing tools (Chili Piper preferred), and reporting tools including Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success -- including owning handoff processes between teams and aligning on shared revenue metrics
  • Experience working closely with CS teams on expansion motions, renewal tracking, and post-sale operations
  • Fluency with AI tools and a proactive mindset toward applying them -- whether that's automating reporting, improving data quality, or accelerating analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences

ROLE SUMMARY This is a hands-on technical role focused on building scalable GTM systems that support demand generation, pipeline visibility, and revenue growth in a complex enterprise sales environment.
