We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Java Engineer to join the team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a scalable, unified platform to handle data ingestion, enrichment, and delivery across multiple internal systems. The platform will ensure consistency, reliability, and observability of data pipelines serving analytical and operational workloads. This project will serve as the foundation for multiple data-driven initiatives across products, enhancing internal data capabilities and time-to-insight. Team setup: Team Lead, 6 BE, 2 FE, 1 SDET. Reporting: all engineers report to EM.  Tech Stack: Java 17+, Kubernetes, Spring, OpenAPI, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elastic Work Environment: Flexible schedule with mandatory attendance for core team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retros, and sprint planning). The environment emphasizes autonomy, deep technical ownership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
