Learn about BAP Program HERE Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates Job Responsibilities- Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of Binance APP VIP community and Telegram community - Prepare community operation content, including announcements and support for online/offline activities (such as AMAs, Binance Square Live streams, offline meetups, etc.) - Complete community growth targets according to plan, execute new user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives - Assist in building and operating multilingual VIP communities - Collaborate with Marketing/Design teams to clarify responsibilities and workflows for copywriting and visual design - Have independent content publishing permissions, manage content through CRM/analytics tools - Test community operation strategies and optimize content performance -Operation Frequency: At least 1 community operation event per month (e.g., AMAs, Live streams, offline meetups) - Initial Phase: Manager leads event planning, intern assists with execution - Transition Phase: Intern leads event planning, Manager provides oversight and quality control - Budget Approval: Approved by Manager - Track operation metrics, analyze and summarize operational methods, replicate successful experiences - Assist in collecting and organizing VIP level 1–9 benefits-related materials and user requirements - Assist in collecting competitive benchmarking data on benefits systems and provide optimization suggestions - Assist in tracking benefits system implementation, information synchronization, and process advancement - Assist in coordinating with relevant business departments (Sales, Product, MKT) to execute projects - Track benefits launch progress and collect user satisfaction feedback - Regularly collect, compile, and organize competitor community and benefits-related data - Produce benchmarking analysis reports to inform and optimize operational strategies - Complete other VIP system, community operations, benefits, and user experience-related tasks assigned by the manager - Familiar with at least one AI tool (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and able to apply it to scenarios including content creation, information organization, competitor analysis, event planning, and operations review. - Possess basic prompt-writing skills and be able to improve AI output quality based on business needs. - Able to fact-check, refine tone and style, and localize AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand guidelines. Requirements 1. Community Operations Experience Hands-on experience in community or content operations (internships or campus projects welcome). Able to independently plan and execute online/offline events (AMAs, live streams, meetups) with a strong execution mindset and results-driven approach. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams (Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to drive projects to completion on time. Strong at information sync, follow-through, and bridging execution gaps between departments. 3. Data Analysis & Competitive Research Comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools to track community KPIs. Able to compile competitor benchmarking reports and translate data insights into actionable optimization suggestions. 4. Content Creation & Multilingual Communication Strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to independently produce community announcements, event copy, and operational content. Experience with multilingual community management is a plus. 5. AI Tool Proficiency Proficient in at least one AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and able to apply it across content creation, information organization, competitor research, and event planning. Possesses basic prompt-writing skills and can fact-check, refine tone, and align AI-generated content with brand guidelines. 6. Availability & Commitment Candidates must be available 5 full working days per week with a minimum contract duration of 6 months to ensure continuity and meaningful contribution to ongoing projects.
