ReWorks Solutions is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our dedicated team. This position is vital in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of data across our systems. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to maintain the integrity of our data. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing data in a timely manner, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company. Responsibilities - Accurately enter and update data into our databases, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail. - Verify and validate information for accuracy and completeness. - Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in data records. - Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures to enhance efficiency. - Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while managing data. - Support team needs by generating reports and providing data analysis as required.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
