Role Description Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, supporting leadership, and acting as a central coordinator across multiple stakeholders. - Develop and maintain leadership-facing reports. - Create data visualizations and/or strategic communication products. - Manage a high-volume inbox that receives complex and often undefined requests. - Support stakeholder engagement activities. - Play a key role in driving the automation of the inbox triage process by partnering with the Automation Shared Service, including gathering and documenting requirements to inform automation design.
