This role is vital to the success of both new construction and remodels in many ways, including the assurance of the Wingstop brand’s prototypical standards. This role will be Remote and will be part of the West region. RESPONSIBLITIES: - Monitor the development/construction of new stores. - Manage General Contractors, and Vendors relationships. - Manage General Contractor, and vendor schedules, timelines, and deliveries, while providing quality control assurance of the brand’s prototypical standards. - Interface with GC’s working on various phases of multiple projects to ensure Wingstop Standards are being met for all Brand Partner restaurants. - Track and control construction and vendor schedules to achieve completion of projects within adequate timeframes for successful, on-time openings. - Review progress reports and pictures, check on any reported difficulties, and correct other reported deficiencies. - Regularly review, communicate, and provide reports on progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated to Wingstop team and Brand Partners - Build relationships with internal & external cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. - Review and advise Brand Partners of change orders and additional fee collections from approved vendors and/or GC’s. - Coordinate the décor element installation with GC’s and procurement with vendors. - Coordinate final inspection with GC’s and Brand Partners and create required punch list to be completed prior to all new restaurant openings. - Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. - Identify and communicate new ideas and solutions to create efficiencies in the operation. - Represent the Wingstop brand in a professional, polished manner always. - Other duties as assigned.
