LOCATION: Fully remote THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Programming Supervisor ROLE: Entry level position to write code for existing plans. Be able to support and maintain existing applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with AMEC associates to determine application requirements. Identify and document proposed application functionality and specifications for review. Code new applications. Document final product in detail. Develop and deliver user training for new AMEC applications. Maintain current AMEC applications by providing usage and defect support. Modify existing AMEC applications as necessary. Provide support for AMEC custom applications. Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Manager. QualificationsEducation: Two year degree in Computer Science, preferred. Experience: Two years in a similar role, preferred. Skills: Familiarity with Windows and/or System i environments, required. Working knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages; required Visual Basic, HTML, SQL, MS Access, ASP.NET, MVC, Java, C#, or RPG.
