Powered by America’s youth, we host a media outlet, produce educational materials and facilitate dialogue intended to make America a better country. Job Description Our National Conversation is building a non-partisan solution platform for American policy issues. We’re looking for 3-4 skilled on-air debaters to join our monthly political podcast, presenting well-researched, persuasive arguments on political issues. You’ll participate in structured debates via zoom, that will be subsequently edited and posted onto our social media platforms. There may be prior collaboration with the production team on prep and fact-checking. This is a recurring role (monthly) requiring reliable availability, commitment to show guidelines, and support of the nonprofit’s mission. Depending on ideas, availability, and success, we may hold multiple debates each month. This position is remote, with work primarily conducted over Zoom and Slack, so applicants must be comfortable coordinating in a remote environment and are expected to maintain a high level of communication. The duration of these duties is preferred to be at least six (6) months. Compensation: This is not a paid position. • Support management of program data across multiple sources • Develop clear, actionable reports and dashboards tracking key outcomes • Support data collection, cleaning, merging, and quality assurance • Manage program evaluation data to inform planning and strategy • Track training and technical assistance outcomes and recommend improvements • Provide technical assistance to healthcare organizations, public health agencies, and partners • Participate in workgroups and contribute to team objectives • Contribute to proposal development and growth of digital health initiatives

• Support Trial Operations data governance by performing manual stewardship review for the Trial Ops MDM domain. • Partner with Trial Ops Governance, Data Owners/Stewards, and operational stakeholders. • Improve and sustain data quality and integrity for Trial Ops master data. • Perform manual review and validation of Trial Ops MDM records against defined standards. • Triage, investigate, and resolve basic data quality issues and route complex exceptions. • Execute stewardship workflows in the designated tools ensuring requests are processed within agreed SLAs. • Document decisions and rationale for approvals/rejections/holds in alignment with Takeda governance practices. • Apply data governance policies and ensure adherence to Takeda Quality Management System. • Monitor and report on operational metrics, escalating emerging risks and proposing remediation steps. • Support data cleansing and remediation activities under the direction of the domain steward/governance lead. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to clarify requests and prevent recurring data issues. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline manual review steps.

• Own player, product, and commercial analysis across Fableborne. • Build and maintain segmentation frameworks for key player groups. • Analyse the full UA funnel and identify highest-impact drop-off points. • Deep-dive into monetisation performance across IAP and pricing structures. • Evaluate token reward performance and post-distribution behaviour. • Design robust reporting, dashboards, and alerting for core KPIs. • Collaborate closely with product, game design, UA, marketing, and leadership.
