Our HR Operations Team is looking for detail-oriented, highly organised, adaptable, motivated individual with common sense and sense of urgency to join us as a HR Administrator

Job Requirements

  • What you will do:
  • Coordinate semi‑automated contract changes, ensuring all amendments are correctly processed and communicated between partners, clients, and talents.
  • Handle A1 certificate requests by liaising with partners and updating related fees or documentation on our platform.
  • Maintain and monitor time‑off balances on the platform, ensuring stakeholders have accurate and timely updates.
  • Support onboarding and lifecycle administration, including collecting data, checking details, and escalating discrepancies when needed.
  • Keep records, tasks, and communications organised and updated in our tools (Salesforce, Slack, and Confluence).
  • Track and follow up on open cases to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Identify small process gaps or recurring inefficiencies and share improvement suggestions with the team.
  • What we are looking for
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in any administrative, coordination, operations, or customer-facing role (HR or remote environment a plus)
  • Structured and process-aware — you work in a way that’s orderly, accountable, and responsive
  • Strong time management skills: you’re able to manage follow-ups and maintain momentum across multiple open tasks
  • Solid attention to detail — you spot inconsistencies and avoid sending out incorrect or incomplete information
  • A calm, helpful, and solution-focused communication style
  • Comfortable working in remote environments and using tools like email, Slack, Salesforce, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Nice to have (but not essential)
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Familiarity with international HR processes (e.g. contract changes, labour documentation)
  • Previous remote-first experience
  • Early exposure to handling confidential data/documents
