Supported Housing Operations Manager

• Lead operational delivery of high-quality, outcome-focused supported living services. • Manage and develop Coordinators and teams, creating a positive culture. • Oversee agency-managed services ensuring contract compliance. • Champion a strengths-based, person-centered approach. • Manage budgets, contracts and funding streams for value for money. • Use data to drive service improvement and performance against KPIs. • Build strategic relationships to support service sustainability. • Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and organizational requirements. • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of managing supported living or similar services in a regulated environment.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen.
  • Genuine commitment to co-production and inclusive service design.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience of partnership working and stakeholder management.
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and embedding a high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of supported living policy, funding frameworks and best practice.
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
  • Clear understanding of safeguarding, risk management and health & safety.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
