Project Manager
JLL
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing capital projects from inception through closeout under the guidance of senior project managers. • Support development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans. • Attend client meetings, site inspections, and contractor coordination sessions to observe and contribute to project execution. • Track project progress against milestones, costs, and quality benchmarks using JLL’s digital project management tools. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFIs, change orders, and status reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders. • Participate in health, safety, and sustainability compliance activities on assigned projects. • Engage in continuous learning through JLL’s graduate development curriculum, including technical training, soft skills workshops, and professional accreditation support (e.g., APM, RICS pathways).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected completion by start date) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, or a closely related field.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in real estate, construction, or project delivery.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Procore, or similar) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required (local or regional).
