• Answer, manage, and resolve tickets in JIRA efficiently and with a customer-first mindset. • Be the frontline of our Help Center, responding to any customer request or inquiry. • Prepare custom reports and analyses to help clients improve their loyalty program performance. • Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives, prepare configurations, and execute them in the platform. • Analyze campaign results and suggest optimizations to improve outcomes. • Prepare and deliver training sessions on different modules of our platform. • Collect customer feedback and contribute ideas to help shape future product improvements. • Handle customer data, reports, and ticket information securely and in strict compliance with GDPR and internal security policies.

• Lead the delivery of product rollout projects. • Manage scope and technical risks to ensure delivery is in line with contractual commitments. • Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to analyze technical and functional requirements. • Act as the primary technical expert on the Loyal Guru API. • Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for delivery. • Create and prioritize the delivery roadmap based on business value and technical risk. • Proactively coordinate delivery tasks between internal and external teams. • Accurately monitor client projects with appropriate metrics. • Ensure contractual commitments and deadlines are met.

• Diseñar, implementar y escalar diversas soluciones, enfocándote en escribir código pulido y fácil de entender. • Utilizarás Ruby como lenguaje de desarrollo o lenguajes OO en el server side. • Seguirás las mejores prácticas, participarás en code reviews y contribuirás a la arquitectura compartiendo e implementando tus mejores ideas. • Trabajarás estrechamente con especialistas (QA, Product Owners) para asegurar la calidad del software. • Aplicarás las mejores prácticas de desarrollo seguro (como OWASP Top 10), asegurarás el manejo seguro de datos sensibles y colaborarás con los equipos de Security y DevOps para implementar controles automatizados en el CI/CD.

• Serás el responsable de que ninguna actualización de código rompa la lógica de cálculo de promociones y descuentos. • Liderarás la arquitectura del framework de automatización bajo la supervisión técnica del Tech Lead. • Identificarás proactivamente fallos en la lógica de negocio que puedan impactar en los casos de uso esperables de los clientes. • Asegurarás que los tests automáticos sean estables y no generen "falsos positivos" en el proceso de despliegue continuo (CI/CD). • Actuarás como puente para asegurar que los criterios de aceptación definidos por el PM sean traducibles a pruebas técnicas automatizadas. • Escribirás código limpio y mantenible para automatizar tests de API (REST) y flujos End-to-End (E2E). • Configurarás y actualizarás las herramientas de testing (ej. Playwright, Cypress, o similares) siguiendo los estándares del Tech Lead. • Ejecutarás y supervisarás las pruebas de regresión antes de cada paso a producción del motor de promociones. • Investigarás por qué ha fallado un test o un proceso en producción y documentarás la solución técnica. • Generarás informes de cobertura de tests y calidad para informar al PM sobre la estabilidad del roadmap. • Participarás en las reuniones de planificación para asesorar sobre la "testeabilidad" de las nuevas funcionalidades antes de que se empiecen a desarrollar.

• Construir soluciones SaaS innovadoras y de alto rendimiento.

• Own the end-to-end technical integration lifecycle for strategic clients, from initial discovery and solution design to a successful go-live. • Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust and ensuring a seamless integration experience with the Loyal Guru platform. • Design and architect robust and scalable integration solutions tailored to complex client needs, leveraging your deep knowledge of our platform and Google Cloud Platform. • Proactively identify and troubleshoot complex technical challenges that arise during and after the integration process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution. • Work in close partnership with the Head of Integrations & Delivery to align client solutions with the team's architectural standards and best practices. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth handover post-integration and provide ongoing technical account management to drive product adoption and long-term success. • Translate complex client requirements into clear technical specifications for the Product Development team. • Serve as a subject matter expert on our platform's integration capabilities, representing the team in discussions with Product and other departments.

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas. • Cultivate relationships with senior managers and key decision-makers. • Master Loyal Guru's product capabilities to articulate a persuasive value proposition. • Leverage sales collateral and your understanding of client industries to craft effective sales strategies. • Partner with technical staff and cross-functional teams to address customer needs. • Orchestrate internal resources and drive process advancement to close deals. • Diligently track all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot. • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns. • Share feedback on market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
