Role Description Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketing & Sales Support unterstützt du unser Team dabei, die Marktpräsenz und Pipeline unserer HubSpot Unit weiterzuentwickeln und auf einem konstant hohen Niveau zu halten. Dein Fokus liegt auf der operativen Umsetzung von LinkedIn-Content, Webinar-Formaten sowie der Unterstützung bei Angebotsprozessen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem HubSpot Unit Lead zusammen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Position als HubSpot Diamond Partner sichtbar und relevant im Markt zu halten. Kernverantwortlichkeiten - Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von LinkedIn-Content über mehrere Accounts hinweg - Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Webinaren - Nachbereitung von Webinaren inkl. Lead-Handling und Follow-ups - Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Strukturierung von Angeboten (insb. im Enterprise-Kontext) - Operative Unterstützung bei Marketingkampagnen und GTM-Aktivitäten - Pflege und einfache Auswertungen in HubSpot (z. B. • The Business and Sales Coordinator is a versatile operational linchpin responsible for the seamless execution of FYI’s administrative, sales, and grant-funded activities. • This role balances high-level financial tracking—such as trial balance reclassifications and budget management—with "hands-on" sales and customer service support, including managing an e-commerce store and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database. • The Business and Sales Coordinator ensures that internal workflows are efficient, consultants and partners are paid promptly, and all external events—both virtual and in-person—are executed with excellence. • Work under the direction of the Senior Director of FYI to manage all day-to-day business administration for FYI. • Complete monthly trial balance reclassifications and submit recurring check requests. • Manage FYI’s Shopify store and account. • Track store inventory, manage our relationship with FYI’s 3rd party fulfillment center, and order products from publishers as needed. • Track and report monthly sales figures for monthly and quarterly sales meetings. • Attend all sales meetings. • Work with the Senior Director of FYI to audit and analyze FYI’s finances on a regular basis. • Provide the necessary support for fund development, and provide support to the Executive Director for development-related tasks, such as sending donor cards, purchasing and sending gifts, and preparing occasional large donor mailings.
