• Provide Executive Assistant support, including managing schedules, inboxes, meetings, and priorities • Oversee day-to-day administration and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflows • Manage contracts and agreements, including drafting, reviewing, tracking compliance, and monitoring renewals • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time • Support workflow management through task delegation, follow-ups, and process optimisation • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as needed
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in administration, operations, or executive support roles
- Experience managing contracts and agreements is highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with workflow or task management tools is an advantage
