Sales Support Coordinator
Remote Recruitment
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and deal information • Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and clients • Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and reporting metrics • Handle inbound sales enquiries and route them to the appropriate team member • Assist with scheduling meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote environment
