We’re looking for an organised and detail‑driven Administration Officer to support our team with essential documentation and records management. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate files, verify submitted information, manage digital and physical documentation, and ensure our systems remain up‑to‑date and compliant. You’ll communicate with internal teams and suppliers to follow up on required documents, support audit readiness, and assist with routine administrative tasks. Position Outline The Administration Officer provides essential clerical and documentation support to ensure accurate records, organised filing, and efficient information flow across the team. The role focuses on processing and verifying documents, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and supporting compliance through complete and well‑managed records. It requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to follow structured processes while supporting day‑to‑day administrative tasks. - Provides administrative support through accurate documentation, data entry, and record‑keeping. - Manages digital and physical filing systems to ensure organised, accessible information. - Verifies submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. - Updates logs, trackers, and systems with timely and precise information. - Communicates with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on missing or incorrect documents. - Supports audit readiness by maintaining complete and compliant documentation trails. - Performs general administrative duties, including email handling, form preparation, and document processing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within construction, engineering, technology, or a related industry.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using CRM systems and task or ticket-management platforms (an advantage)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ability to process work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior exposure to construction terminology or documentation is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must be willing to work on mid shift, 05:00 PM to 02:00 am PHT.

What is the project about? The purpose of this project is to collect photos or screenshots of event tickets (expired, from past events) and membership or loyalty cards (active or expired) to support improvements in AI-driven image recognition. Task Description: Participants will be asked to upload photos or screenshots of expired and/or items with zero monetary value through the DataForce platform, following the provided guidelines and quality requirements. This is a quick task! Each submission only takes a few minutes to complete. Who is eligible? To participate you should meet the following qualifying criteria: - Be 18 years or older. - Be a resident of Australia. - Be able to follow written guidelines in English. - Be able to submit photos or screenshots of event tickets (from past events) and/or membership or loyalty cards (active or expired) with a visible barcode (including QR codes), and no more than two (2) years past their expiration or event date. Where is the project taking place? This is a fully remote project. You can participate from the comfort of your home or preferred location within Australia. How much is the compensation?
