Automation Analyst

• Do you enjoy automating everything, connecting systems and watching processes run on their own? • We're building a highly automated operation. • Integrating ERPs, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Google and a variety of other tools. • Using n8n (or similar) and AI capabilities. • You will be a key player in designing, implementing and evolving this end-to-end automation infrastructure. • Map business processes and identify automation opportunities. • Design, build and maintain flows in n8n (or similar tools). • Create API/Webhook integrations with ERPs, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Google, etc. • Develop AI-driven flows and agents for intelligent, autonomous tasks. • Monitor, test and optimize automations in production. • Document flows, integrations and best practices. • Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into automated solutions.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience with business process automation.
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks and authentication (API Keys, OAuth).
- Ability to read and manipulate JSON, and implement conditional logic in flows.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python or a similar language for small scripts.
- Experience integrating systems such as ERPs, WhatsApp, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Analytical, organized and problem-solving mindset.
- Plus: Previous experience building automation infrastructure from scratch.
- Use of generative AI and agents within automation flows.
- Experience in digital product, SaaS or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) for queries used in automations.
- Technical English for reading documentation.
