Job Description

CMMS Analyst

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Managing the client work order process and systems, ensuring data continuity for central and facility management reporting and maximizing system capability • Producing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc account reporting including work order activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor reporting, and project reporting • Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and assigning all frequency and work type maintenance activities while optimizing maintenance inventory by balancing workload to labor availability • Serving as Subject Matter Expert for the assigned portfolio, supporting CMMS systems-related questions, support issues, and user requirements • Providing new user training, advanced user training, and new feature training to account and client staff as required • Maintaining system and user process documentation, developing new documentation as required and updating existing documentation • Conducting periodic data auditing to maintain maintenance record compliance with CMMS and maintenance business process standards and specifications

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing CMMS/work order applications
  • Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets
  • Strong aptitude for technology and systems administration
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analytics and manipulation
  • Superior customer service skills with strong orientation to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and collaborative working style
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or Maintenance Connection CMMS platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in SmartSheet, MS SharePoint, and data visualization tools preferred
  • Background in facilities management or building engineering support preferred
  • Experience with system configuration including notification messages, print formats, and communication mechanisms preferred
  • Familiarity with maintenance metrics analysis and work order flow optimization preferred
