Field Service Engineer
Rotork
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, inspecteren, onderhouden, repareren en inbedrijfstellen van actuatoren en bijbehorende systemen op locatie. • Voor het opsporen van storingen, repareren, testen en inbedrijfstellen van aandrijvingen in het veld. • Het wijzigen/upgraden van aandrijvingen in het veld. • Uitvoeren van inspecties en status controles van Rotork aandrijvingen. • Mechanische en soms elektrische installatie van aandrijvingen en bijbehorende retrofit aanpassingsonderdelen, montage flenzen en aandrijfassen uitvoeren in de werkplaats. • Dagelijks rapporten van locatiebezoeken van elke opdracht • Uitvoeren van risicobeoordelingen en werkinstructies opstellen. • Af en toe een gedetailleerd kleponderzoek uitvoeren waarbij mechanische gegevens/afmetingen worden verzameld. • Verzorgen van nauwkeurige rapportages en onkostendeclaraties. • Geven van basistrainingen aan klanten indien nodig. • Signaleren van commerciële kansen bij klanten.
Job Requirements
- MBO niveau 3 of 4 in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Ervaring in een servicegerichte buitendienstrol is een pré.
- Kennis van afsluiters, actuatoren en digitale besturingstechniek is een pluspunt.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal.
- In het bezit van VCA-VOL, NEN3140 (Vakbekwaam Persoon), ATEX 001/003.
- Rijbewijs B en bereidheid tot reizen binnen Nederland.
- Zelfstandig, klantgericht en communicatief vaardig.
- (Woonachtig op max. ±30 minuten reisafstand van Hoogvliet.)
