EA Mobile includes studio teams responsible for such fan favourites as Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, Golf Clash, Design Home, Sim City Build It and many more. You are capable of navigating and influencing across a multi-dimensional organization and engaging with senior executives. The role reports to a Senior Finance Manager. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in an EA office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will partner with senior leaders across EA Mobile and eventually transition to serving to serving as the main FP&A leader for EA Mobile, managing the vertically integrated live service EA Mobile business and any new launches. You will support and drive the businesses, working closely with other cross functional teams that support EA Mobile across all financial elements associated with the delivery of EA Mobile's strategy. - Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, quarterly and bi-weekly planning, month-end close and risks & opportunities cycles. - Consolidate financial results for overall EA Mobile business - Provide regular financial visibility with regards to Outlook, Risk and Opportunities - Manage the holistic health of the franchises, including full P&L responsibility - Engage and support M&A activity, as required - Establish and track performance measurements across all major titles and projects - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support our partners - Guidance on core finance processes, building efficiencies and streamlining deliverables - Balance priorities, and find creative solutions that achieve results CAPABILITIES: - Seven or more years' experience in mid-level to senior finance roles - Resolve complex business issues, ability to move beyond reporting to synthesis and insight - In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis - Experience evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans - Experience using tools, processes, and teamwork to work at scale - Preference for experience working in game development and mobile QUALIFICATIONS: - 7+ years of experience in mid-level to senior finance roles, including financial planning and analysis. - Experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating performance metrics for live service or mobile businesses. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience. - Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and experience using Anaplan and Power BI. - Demonstrate ability of leading teams. - Experience communicating for a range of different audiences, including executive-level storytelling. Pay Transparency - North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$127,700 - $190,600 USD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
