Marketing Assistant – Working Student
Insights
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns • Create and schedule social media content tailored for our audience in the Nordic region • Assist with email marketing and newsletter content • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy • Support the translation and localisation of marketing materials • Help with event communications and promo activities • Own at least one personal project - from market research to SEO initiatives
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled at university ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
- Some experience with marketing, social media, or content creation
- Fluent in Danish and English, written and verbal to a high standard
- It’s a huge benefit if you speak Swedish
- Curious, proactive, and happy to work independently when needed
- Familiar with MS Office; any experience with Canva, Figma or Sprout is a plus

Senior Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaigns

• The Senior Marketing Manager is a growth driver for priority markets, with real ownership and accountability to shape what we do. • You will set direction, build plans and lead execution of integrated marketing that builds visibility, creates demand and delivers measurable business outcomes. • This role strategically establishes and scales programs across the marketing mix, delegates and oversees work across internal teams and partners and ensures high-quality, on-time delivery from idea through optimization. • You will serve as a primary resource and key point of contact for other teams, influence management and executive leaders with clear recommendations and create and communicate change—leading change management that improves adoption of new tools, processes and ways of working. • The role may have direct supervisory responsibilities and may identify, scope, budget and oversee agency/vendor work, including participation in (and at times leading) selection processes.
