We are looking for a content creator to help us improve our social media and organic traffic. This creator will be responsible for creating and editing short-form video content for a technology product. These videos will focus on highlighting product features as well as making the product look fresh and exciting. About us We are a tech startup that focuses on how people interact with their devices. Our product, the Tap, is a small wearable that can turn your finger taps into commands and send them to a paired device via bluetooth. You can learn more about our product here: tapwithus.com. We are at an exciting stage of growth and want to bring on someone who will not only create engaging content but also have a voice in our strategy. We trust your expertise and want you to feel empowered to experiment, propose new ideas, and help shape the brand’s online presence. While we will initially pay per video, we eventually want this role to grow into a full time, salaried opportunity (remote) Role & Responsibilities Create and edit short-form video content showcasing Tap’s features in fresh, engaging ways. Highlight real-world use cases such as: Controlling various devices such as phones, computers, and tablets with the Tap Scrolling social media hands-free in various scenarios Controlling music and media with Tap Using Tap with smart glasses (e.g., Meta Ray-Bans) Answering calls with Tap Gaming (WASD controls) Creative applications such as digital art tools Promote our upcoming products We will provide any technology and training needed to create these videos. Requirements:

• Create high-quality, on-trend nail content featuring: Regular polish, Gel and Builder Gel, Press-ons, Nail art, transformations, tutorials, before/afters • Produce product-focused content (how-to, benefits, demos, routines, unboxings, reviews, UGC-style) • Film, edit, and deliver short-form video and photo content optimized for: TikTok, Instagram Reels + Stories, YouTube Shorts, Paid social & e-commerce product pages • Stay ahead of social, beauty, and nail trends and translate them into brand-relevant content • Ideate, pitch, and execute new content formats weekly • Collaborate with social and cross-functional teams to support launches and evergreen content • Own the full creation process: concept, filming, editing, captions, final delivery • Batch and organize content for monthly calendars and launches • Maintain a consistent visual and brand voice across platforms

• Develop and review content-specific test items and stimuli, including multiple choice, technology enhanced, extended response, cluster sets, performance-based tasks, and simulations across multiple grade levels for large-scale assessments • Generate and implement asset specifications, item development plans, test blueprints, test designs, and other ancillary documents • Develop items and assessments based on accessibility considerations • Leverage AI-powered tools to support the development, review, and enhancement of assessment content, ensuring outputs meet quality and accessibility standards • Collaborate with and train team members to integrate AI-generated assets in assessment workflows, providing feedback using content and educational expertise • Select, assign, manage, and train item/passage writers and educators to develop items based on standards, cognitive complexity, and item development best practices • Facilitate customer meetings related to item and passage review, data review, test construction, review of composed test forms, achievement-level descriptors, standard setting, and technical advisory committees • Collaborate with internal teams and customers as an assessment expert • Contribute to proposal solutions through drafting test designs and authoring text • Lead teams of Assessment Specialists in the design and implementation of high-stakes assessment programs • Work closely with test development managers, other content developers, psychometricians, and other Pearson groups • Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to educational content creation and assessment, including AI • Perform other duties as assigned • Some travel required
