• Create high-quality, on-trend nail content featuring: Regular polish, Gel and Builder Gel, Press-ons, Nail art, transformations, tutorials, before/afters • Produce product-focused content (how-to, benefits, demos, routines, unboxings, reviews, UGC-style) • Film, edit, and deliver short-form video and photo content optimized for: TikTok, Instagram Reels + Stories, YouTube Shorts, Paid social & e-commerce product pages • Stay ahead of social, beauty, and nail trends and translate them into brand-relevant content • Ideate, pitch, and execute new content formats weekly • Collaborate with social and cross-functional teams to support launches and evergreen content • Own the full creation process: concept, filming, editing, captions, final delivery • Batch and organize content for monthly calendars and launches • Maintain a consistent visual and brand voice across platforms
Job Requirements
- 2+ years creating content for beauty, nails, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience with nail content
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Canva or similar)
- Comfortable filming hands, face-to-cam, and POV content
- Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, hooks, and pacing
- Ability to shoot both aesthetic and UGC-style content

• Create written content: blogs, POVs, explainers, email copy, sales-enablement assets. • Create visual content: simple graphics, charts, slides, and visual narratives that clarify complex ideas. • Create short-form video content: explainers, product narratives, thought leadership clips (e.g. screen-recorded explainers, simple talking-head videos, lightweight edits). • Translate complex topics (Scope 3, regulation, assurance, data quality) into content buyers can understand quickly. • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to identify content that moves deals forward. • Use AI daily to accelerate research, drafting, visual creation, video scripting, editing, and repurposing. • Track performance, learn fast, and adjust what you create based on impact.

You’ll ensure that better training leads to better clinical outcomes. • Content Maintenance: Monitor the onboarding path and update training modules in real-time as the Product team releases enhancements. • Documentation: Maintain a meticulous change log so the Clinical Education team is always aligned on the latest updates.
