Impact Analyst

• Support the team in research and critical analysis of impact frameworks and tools • Work closely with startup founders to understand business models, define impact boundaries, and identify relevant metrics • Develop and customise impact assessment tools (primarily in MS Excel) for startup use cases across sectors • Coordinate with clients, partners, and collaborators, ensuring clear and timely communication • Maintain detailed meeting notes and translate discussions into actionable insights for project tracking • Assist the team in planning and managing events, training sessions, and workshops

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of climate change, mitigation, adaptation & resilience, and impact metrics
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in climate impact metrics
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and climate investing landscape would be a bonus.
