The Role We are looking for Unified Communications and Collaboration Technology Architects who are passionate about leveraging technology innovation for the betterment of humanity. This exciting, customer-facing Technology Architect role will work in partnership with our Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success Executives leading innovative conversations that help shape the growth of our Enterprise customers. Technology Architects design and architect solutions utilizing our technology services platform. The successful Technology Architect must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and sales skills, including business acumen, to understand business requirements, develope a technical sales strategy, and effectively present solutions that address our customers' requirements and provide business value. Location Allows for Work From Home in the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. Requires up to 25% of time conducting sales activities outside of the office. The Main Responsibilities - Specialized Solution Design: This role is the go-to expert for Solution Engineers at Lumen when very deep knowledge and experience is needed for UC&C. Clarifies ambiguous requirements with sales and clients, ensuring the solution resolves underlying client issues. Provides guidance and alternatives to customer’s requirements. May interpret customer requirements based on limited information. - Specialist Expertise: Within UC&C, provide on-demand design, solution best practices and industry expertise to the sales teams during the Learn/Buy/Get phases of the customer lifecycle experience. By proactively pulling in other specialists, expand the solution to be cross functional and multi-product. Follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares this knowledge with the teams they support along with their peer groups. - Product Partnership: Partners with Product Management in areas of process and design improvement within specific product area and contacts impacted departments to recommend potential solutions. Proactively provides input on strategic and tactical plans for new product development to teams across the organization. - Customer Meetings: Leads and/or attends customer meetings in person and via collaboration tools. Prepares and delivers technical proposals and presentations with the appropriate level of business acumen for the audience. Provides broad scope responses to solution and technology questions. Demonstrates advanced solution selling abilities and effective, pro-active customer communications. Interacts with all levels of customer's management team. - Custom Solutions: Exceptional understanding of UC&C technical and product boundaries and understanding of multi-product solutions and how these products interact with each other as to what is standard, what is available via special approval process, and what is not able to be provided. Partner with account team to shepherd custom requirements through sign-off process. - Sales Enablement: Works to self-enable the Sales Teams by freely sharing knowledge of process, key contacts, technology, and product for UC&C solutions, over the phone, in writing or through live trainings. What We Look For in a Candidate • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, related fields or equivalent industry experience in the private sector or military. • Work experience: 5 years of relevant job experience. • General Experience: Pre-sales role responsible for needs identification, qualification, and solutions design with Zoom UC & Phone, Webex Meetings & Calling, Microsoft Direct Routing, Cloud UC solutions, Cloud SBC solutions, Advanced Analog Replacement solutions, SIP Trunking Solutions, Carrier PSTN Infrastructure, IP/Data Networking. • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of advanced UC&C applications across multiple product areas with extensive knowledge of competitive offerings and trends. • Communication: Ability to independently orchestrate & lead discussions with clients across many levels including C-level, VPs and Directors within IT. • Sales Ability: Proven track record of success attaining sales quota through leveraging technical relationships to up-sell existing customers and calling on new leads/prospects to generate business within an assigned territory utilizing solution selling methodologies. • Communication: Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work with multiple levels of decision making. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges: $115,763 - $154,350 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, IA, ID, KS, LA, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, UT, WI, and WY. $121,559 - $162,068 in these states: CO, MN, NV, and OR. $127,344 - $169,785 in these states: CA, IL, TX, and WA. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous créerez et mettrez en œuvre des communications intégrées stratégiques visant à soutenir les principales initiatives stratégiques de TELUS Santé. Avec près de 10 000 membres dans le monde, l’équipe TELUS Santé contribue à créer des lieux de travail plus sains en fournissant des services complets de santé et de bien-être adaptés aux besoins des employeurs et de leurs employés, notamment des programmes d’aide aux employés, des soins virtuels et bien d’autres encore. En collaboration avec toutes les unités d’affaires de TELUS Santé et avec les équipes interentreprises de TELUS Solutions d’affaires et de TELUS Agriculture & Biens de consommation, vous serez responsable de la création et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de communication complètes et progressives pour les principaux programmes stratégiques qui favorisent l’évolution de l’organisation, y compris les fusions et les acquisitions, l’intégration après l’acquisition et les changements transformationnels. - Rédiger, de manière proactive et réactive, des communications uniformes, de première qualité et dans les délais, qui permettent de poursuivre la stratégie commerciale de TELUS Santé; - Diriger des feuilles de route de communication en plusieurs phases pour les initiatives de transformation majeures telles que les nouvelles acquisitions et l’évolution organisationnelle; - Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de communication relative aux étapes d’intégration, englobant tout le parcours des membres de l’équipe, du début jusqu’à la fin; - Gérer un plan de communication et un guide d’intégration pour toutes les acquisitions dans les secteurs interentreprises de notre organisation; - Cerner et mettre en place des stratégies de communication efficaces et du contenu attrayant qui permettent aux dirigeants et aux membres de l’équipe au sein de l’organisation d’atteindre les objectifs d’affaires de TELUS Santé; - Créer, entretenir et mettre en œuvre un plan de communication qui favorise la culture et la mobilisation de l’équipe, et la promotion d’intérêts; - Communiquer de façon proactive et réactive : courriels, discours, notes de présentation, changements organisationnels, présentations à la haute direction et messages pour des questions sensibles; - Maintenir une stratégie régionale de mobilisation et de traduction pour nos acquisitions interentreprises. Qualifications - Sens de l’organisation, pensée stratégique et capacité à mener de front plusieurs projets prioritaires; - Expertise dans l’adaptation de styles de rédaction et de contenu à différents publics et réseaux, et capacité à faire preuve de jugement et de discrétion; - Esprit stratégique, créativité et capacité démontrée à adhérer aux changements dans un environnement dynamique en constante évolution; - Capacité à établir des partenariats de confiance avec les cadres supérieurs et de collaborer avec différents groupes de parties prenantes; - Don pour découvrir des récits captivants et les communiquer; - Flexibilité et volonté d’examiner les méthodes de travail en place au moyen de données; - Proactivité et initiative éprouvée; - Aptitudes exceptionnelles pour la mise en récit et la rédaction, avec une expertise éprouvée en rédaction de communications internes stratégiques, de discours et d’autres outils pour les cadres supérieurs; - Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à utiliser les différents outils de travail et de collaboration numérique (Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite); - Grand sens de l’observation permettant d’analyser le monde des affaires, les tendances, la concurrence, la réglementation et l’actualité en lien avec le secteur de la santé et du bien-être et avec TELUS Santé; - Bonne compréhension de la marque, de la vocation sociale, des valeurs et des priorités de TELUS. Requirements - Au moins sept ans d’expérience progressive en communication d’entreprise ou en communication interne au sein d’une organisation entrepreneuriale; - Diplôme de premier cycle ou certificat d’études supérieures en relations publiques, en communication, en marketing ou en journalisme, ou vaste expérience professionnelle dans un rôle de haut niveau lié aux communications ou au marketing; - Capacité reconnue à utiliser de manière stratégique des communications pour générer des retombées positives sur la culture et les résultats de l’entreprise, en mettant l’accent sur la mobilisation des membres de l’équipe; - Bilinguisme (anglais et français oral et écrit); - Connaissance du secteur des soins de santé et des technologies de la santé; - Une connaissance avancée de l'anglais est requise, car vous serez appelé(e) la plupart du temps à interagir en anglais avec des parties internes (par ex. collègues ou parties prenantes); et à travailler dans un environnement informatique anglais dans le cadre des tâches liées à ce poste dont la portée est nationale.
