Quest
Role Description The Global Alliance Manager – EMEA will lead Quest Software’s strategic alliance engagements across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role focuses on accelerating regional joint business momentum by strengthening collaboration with top EMEA-based global system integrators, including Infosys, HCL, Wipro, and others. You will drive regional go-to-market execution, strengthen partner relationships, foster field alignment, and ensure that Quest’s Cybersecurity, Platform Modernization, and Data & AI solutions are positioned for success across the EMEA ecosystem. Responsibilities - Regional Alliance Strategy & Expansion - Build and execute EMEA-specific partnership strategies aligned with partner priorities and Quest’s global objectives. - Expand engagement across EMEA service lines and industry verticals. - Identify regional business opportunities with Indian GSIs. - Develop joint regional business plans and ensure alignment across EMEA partner leadership and Quest regional sales teams. - EMEA Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution - Drive EMEA co-selling motions, co-marketing programs, and joint demand generation activities. - Build joint solution offerings to meet market needs. - Support field execution by working closely with Quest’s EMEA regional sales leadership and client leads. - Technical Partner Enablement - Coordinate with sales engineering and product teams. - Drive regional partner training and enablement programs. - Ensure delivery capabilities continuously evolve to meet current and future requirements. - Revenue Growth & Performance Measurement - Drive revenue growth through partner-led and influenced opportunities. - Track KPIs including pipeline influence, joint wins, and adoption. - Formalize high-value partnerships through the development of MoU’s and strategic collaboration agreements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as bridge between global strategy and EMEA field execution. - Align with sales, marketing, product, and global partner leadership. Qualifications - 10+ years experience working with strategic alliances. - Experience working within EMEA enterprise markets. - Familiarity with cloud providers and data/AI platforms. - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Good understanding of Salesforce and Office applications. - Preferred: extensive knowledge of Microsoft Directory Services, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and their strategic importance for enabling enterprise-scale operations.
