**What You’ll Do** You will own the franchise candidate journey from first touch through award, building a strong pipeline through both direct sourcing and broker networks. - Generate franchise leads through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, inbound follow-up, and multi-channel networking - Promote City Wide Franchise opportunities across LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms to attract qualified candidates - Manage the full recruitment pipeline using CRM tools and City Wide’s structured 8-step process - Educate and guide candidates on City Wide’s brand, model, and expectations to ensure strong alignment - Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, webinars, and digital content that drive engagement - Maintain timely, professional communication with all prospects and inquiries - Conduct market research to identify and pursue candidates in targeted territories - Participate in discovery days, team meetings, trainings, and franchise development events **Broker Network & Partnership Focus** - Build and manage relationships with franchise broker networks (e.g., FBA, FCC) - Actively engage brokers to generate consistent, qualified candidate flow - Represent City Wide at broker conferences, franchise expos, and industry events - Develop follow-up and conversion strategies for broker-generated leads - Partner with the VP of Franchise Development on broker strategy and expansion - Track and report on broker performance metrics including lead volume and conversions **Success in this role is measured by:** - Awarding 4 new franchisees annually - Conducting 30 monthly brand reviews - Recruiting at least 1 candidate per month to attend Meet the Team Day - Generating 10 unique candidates monthly for ZEE calls - Maintaining strong broker pipeline activity and conversion rates - Driving ROI from broker relationships and conference participation

**What you will do...** - Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products. - Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client. - Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services. - Manage all Contractor relationships including – Interview, develop service specifications, client compliance, verify Contractor compliance, and remove/replace Contractors as necessary. - Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction, through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow through with all promises to clients. - Supervise and direct Night Managers; ensure the client’s strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly. - Promote the sale of, procure, and monitor supplies for clients. - Effectively communicate all client issues with Contractors and the Director of Operations (or owner); promptly address any client issues or problems that arise. - Use City Wide’s CRM to perform client inspections, adding extra charges, NM routing, etc. - Schedule each non-routine activity in client facilities using Outlook. - Update and keep current all Building Information Sheets (BIS), FSM Summary Sheets, and Exhibit A’s. Ensure MSDS sheets for each client serviced in janitor closets are complete, accurate, and that all items are properly labeled. - Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory, especially new construction. - Develop and implement a plan with the Director of Operations and the Night Managers to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance. - Assist Accounting in collecting clients’ past due invoices and payment invoices for Contractors. - Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planner for each client.

The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. This is an outside, B2B account management position that provides field support including – training, guidance with starting new clients, inspections of Contractor performance and compliance with client requirements, trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints, coordinating site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors. Client Service Manager

• Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts • Meets assigned targets set forth in the Master Service Agreement of each national account • Proactively manages client satisfaction objectives, financial targets, and contractor pay rates. • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis • Manages client complaints to ensure Client Complaint Policy is fully utilized • Responsible for identifying, selecting, and working with Independent Contractors to ensure client needs are met and the full scope of work is completed • Achieves metrics set forth and agreed upon by Director, Arete Facilities Management. • Metrics can include but not limited to client satisfaction, ancillary revenue, territory margin and client retention. • Schedules, coordinates, and leads regular business meetings with assigned independent contractor. • Maintains professional communication with clients, Franchisees, and Home Office employees. • Provides any necessary supervision and/or training to newly hired Client Service Coordinators and provides support to direct report as needed. • Proactively communicates and works with other departments outside of Arete operations to ensure month end client billing and payables are properly and timely reconciled for client accounts and vendors.
