Tasks - Review automated booking suggestions and complete missing information. - Support the preparation of P&L reports, VAT pre-filings, and annual closing documents. - Act as a friendly, clear, and competent point of contact for client questions. - Collaborate closely with our product team to continuously improve our software. - Document internal processes and contribute ideas for greater efficiency. Requirements - Professional Background: Completed vocational training or a degree in accounting – e.g., as a Financial Accountant or Certified Senior Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in). - Experience: Hands-on experience in accounting, ideally within a digital-first or fast-growing environment. - Tool Stack: Solid experience with DATEV is essential. Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a strong plus. - Working Style: You are known for your structured, precise, and solution-oriented approach. You take pride in "clean books." - Digital Mindset: You are tech-savvy and always curious about how digital tools can streamline accounting processes. You are not afraid to use AI tools and eager to learn more about their usage. - Communication: German at C1/C2 level and English at B2/C1 is required for legal and tax-related communication.
