• Provide pre-sales technical leadership for strategic Federal / National Security customers • Design and position secure networking solutions across campus, WAN, data center, and mission-critical environments • Lead customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concept engagements • Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and drive technical strategy through closure • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders in highly secure environments • Translate customer requirements into scalable HPE Networking solutions • Collaborate with internal engineering, services, channel, and sales teams to deliver winning solutions • Maintain strong competitive knowledge of networking vendors and market trends • Support account planning, pipeline development, and long-term territory growth • Travel to customer locations as business needs require
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years of pre-sales, systems engineering, or networking experience
- Prior Federal, DoD, IC, or classified customer experience required
- Candidate must possess active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly preferred
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to travel approximately 10–25%
- Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, security, and data center networking
- Strong customer-facing communication and executive presentation skills
