Digital Analytics Lead

Retail Talent Group

• Actuar como referente técnico dentro del equipo, impulsando mejoras en la estrategia de medición y en los procesos analíticos. • Diseñar, configurar y auditar implementaciones de analítica digital en entornos web y app (Android/iOS). • Definir arquitecturas de medición y modelos basados en KPIs y funnels de negocio. • Asesorar a clientes en la definición de sus ecosistemas de medición, aportando una visión estratégica orientada a negocio. • Integrar datos de múltiples fuentes, incluyendo APIs externas para automatización y enriquecimiento de datos. • Diseñar dashboards y reporting avanzado (Looker Studio, Power BI u otras herramientas). • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (tecnología, marketing, negocio) para alinear la medición con los objetivos estratégicos. • Identificar oportunidades de optimización, automatización y mejora continua en los proyectos.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en proyectos de Digital Analytics / Marketing Analytics.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos o equipos en entornos técnicos y de negocio.
  • Dominio avanzado de Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experiencia en Google Tag Manager (web y server-side).
  • Conocimiento de Firebase Analytics en entornos app.
  • Experiencia en integración de datos mediante APIs.
  • Conocimientos en automatización de procesos (scripting, no-code o low-code).
  • Valorable conocimiento en herramientas de Digital Experience Analytics o modelos de IA aplicados a datos.
  • Nivel de inglés B2, es importante un nivel intermedio suficiente para realizar reuniones con clientes interenacionales.
