Operations Support Associate – 6 Month Contract
Belltower Fund Group
• Execute daily operational tasks within Flowdash workflow queues according to established procedures • Process routine administrative tasks including data entry, document organization, and status updates • Monitor and respond to operational requests and inquiries following standard operating procedures • Support wire processing workflows by preparing documentation and tracking approvals • Assist with organizing and filing fund documents, investor records, and operational correspondence • Maintain accurate data across multiple systems and flag discrepancies to senior team members • Help prepare standard operational documentation using templates and established formats • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation • Track task completion against service-level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when needed • Follow detailed process documentation and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency • Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, administrative roles, back-office operations, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable learning and working with new software tools and systems
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely during US business hours overlap
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with financial reconciliations (a plus, not required)
- Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or data entry platforms (a plus, not required)
- Background in finance, banking, BPO, or financial operations (a plus, not required)

Customers process their rental and dispatch through the U-Haul app on their smart phone. PT Live Verify Phone Agents review the customer's information and are responsible for ensuring that everything meets the required standards to rent before approving the rental dispatch. This position requires receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls and interacting with the customer via chat to explain and/or obtain the required information to rent.
