About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Professional Services to lead and scale our global services organization. This leader will own the end-to-end delivery function, ensuring successful customer implementations while driving revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role requires deep expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Billing systems, with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers. This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging agent-based workflows to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and scale impact. This includes using AI to accelerate problem solving, enhance team output, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for automation across delivery and execution. What You’ll Do Leadership & Strategy - Build and execute the vision and strategy for Professional Services aligned to company growth goals - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global team (Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, Engagement Managers) - Establish services as a strategic revenue driver while improving margins and efficiency Partner-Led Delivery Strategy - Build and scale a global partner delivery ecosystem (SIs, VARs, implementation partners) - Own end-to-end delivery outcomes to ensure on-time and on-budget, high-quality implementations and a consistent customer experience across internal and partner-led engagements Delivery Excellence - Own successful delivery of all customer implementations (on time, on budget, high quality) - Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices - Ensure strong governance, risk management, and escalation handling across all engagements CPQ & Billing Expertise - Act as an executive sponsor and subject matter expert for CPQ and Billing implementations - Guide customers through complex Quote-to-Cash transformations - Partner with Product to influence roadmap based on customer and delivery insights Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner with Sales on scoping, SOWs, and deal structuring to ensure profitable delivery - Collaborate with Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals - Work with Finance on forecasting, utilization, and services revenue planning Operational Excellence - Own core metrics: utilization, gross margin, delivery timelines, CSAT, and NPS across internal and partner delivery - Implement systems and processes to scale delivery operations globally - Drive continuous improvement across tools, automation, and offshore/onshore models - Leverage AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and scale implementation capacity. Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across Professional Services and partner delivery to reduce time-to-implement and improve margins. What You Bring - 10–15+ years of experience in Professional Services, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles - Proven track record of scaling a PS organization in a high-growth SaaS environment - Deep expertise in CPQ and Billing systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Apttus/Conga, Stripe Billing, etc.) - Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash workflows and enterprise SaaS implementations - Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex, multi-threaded engagements - Strong commercial acumen (SOWs, pricing, margin management) - Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have - Experience in a startup or scaling environment (Series A–E) - Background in Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent platforms - Experience managing global/offshore delivery teams  Why This Role - Opportunity to build and shape a critical function at a high-growth company - Direct impact on revenue, customer success, and product direction - High visibility with executive leadership and board-level influence
